Why is this goal Important to me?
- I'm skinny and I feel i need to bulk up
- I want to be big and muscular with calisthenics skills
- It will give me more confidence in my life
- I don't want to have no confidence and feel like a nobody around people
- I want to be able to walk with confidence and not worrying about what people will think of
What would I gain by achieving this goal?

- Making excuses of not having time to go to the gym
- Not working out regularly
- Not eating enough
Plan for achieving this goal
- Lift heavy ass weight in the gym at least 4x a week
- When at home, and no access to gym, do bodyweight exercises.
